OGUN SO-SAFE CORPS RECOVERS STOLEN MOTORBIKES, OTHERS IN MATOGUN
At about 0400hrs on Saturday, January 2nd, 2020 a distress call was put to the Headquarters of the So-Safe Corps by some residents of Irapada Matogun, along Oke-Aro.
They alerted the corps that they were being attacked by some robbery gangs, who were seriously threatening to waste their lives if they failed to cooperate with them.
The State Commander of the Corps immediately deployed his well-trained Special Squad to foil their deadly operation and to ensure no citizen's life is waisted and no property is carted away by the said criminally minded elements terrorising Ogun people.
The officers and men of the Corps sprang into action and three (3) registered motorbikes - 2 Boxers Bajaj and one TVS were recovered, while the suspected robbers escaped as the coast is not all that clear to engage in a ‘battle-to-finish' with them.
The number plates of the recovered motorbikes are DGB623UW, KNN678WK and AAB216NG.
The recovered motorbikes were transfered to Ajuwon Divisional Police Headquarters for further investigation that would lead to arrest of the culprits.
