He appealed to all Christians to celebrate Easter on a low-key, stick to goverment stay-at-home orders to prevent the spread of the virus and also maintain peace in all nooks and crannies in the country.

Commander Olaluwoye, gave the advice in an interview with reporters in his office. He said the advice is highly imperative to remind Nigerians not to lose consciousness of the ravaging COVID-19 but to comply with government’s directives on how to stay safe and live healthy during this trying moment.
He commended residents of his jurisdiction for their high level of compliance to the goverment's order.

He said: "Am using this opportunity to advice Nigerians especially the Christians to stay wherever they are and ensure they celebrate the Easter in low-key to avoid further spread of COVID-19 in the country.”

Commander Olaluwoye hailed the Joint Enforcement Team involving Police, Ogun State Traffic Compliance Corps (TRACE) SO-SAFE, Customs and other sister agencies which further facilitated high level of compliance with the Presidential lockdown directive in Idiroko and its environs.
